To Whom It May Concern;
If you are offended by this letter then you need to listen up. If you think this means you it probably does. If you would enjoy the same freedoms I have for almost forty years, maybe you would do well to take my advice to heart.
This goes out to those younger Americans, say, 30 and under who tomorrow will be this nation's leaders. And to them I say: You need to stop playing all of the stupid childish games that now occupy your attention to the exclusion of all else.
What do I mean by this? Well, you need to back the truck up for a moment and realize that you are now on a very short leash on which you are about to choke your fucking selves, because you fail to see it. Your childish behavior and stupid ways are going to trip you up, inevitably.
The reason we keep passing all of these bullshit laws is because YOU are not self-governing.
YOU don't see anything wrong with continuing in your stoner ways. Or contacting the ex girlfriend the judge specifically ordered you to STAY AWAY FROM. You prefer to try to repeal the drug laws which are admittedly way too draconian, and whine about how your life sucks when you are arrested for doing that which you should not do. Breaking the law is one thing but think about why many of those laws are there to begin with.
Its because our government has gotten way too reactionary to the point of trying to be pro-active. It has forgotten that its job is NOT to prevent terrible things but to deal with those who commit them. And if you weren't out there doing terrible things to begin with, we wouldnt have all these bullshit laws now.
People! Your government and judges do NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! Wake up and smell the coffee. They dont give a rat's ass about you, your wife, your child, etc. The only thing they give a fuck about is getting re-elected and holding onto the power to fuck your life up. Or more to the point, meting out "justice" when you fuck your own life up.
You can remove their power over your life only by self-governance and realizing that ultimately you will not answer to them but to God. As a society we have forgotten God and lost our fear of doing things we should not do, and our motivation to do the things that we should. Hence we are not out there helping one another but destroying one another through words and actions. We are not building each other up when we are playing games and tearing each other down.
You are ensuring the development of statism by taking God out of the equation altogether and making the government your higher power to which you will answer. As Lord Acton once wrote, "Power corrupts; absolute power corrupts absolutely." Its not just abortion and homosexual marriage; that was just the starting point. You will surrender your freedom when you put the government in charge of every aspect of your life. Divorce, child custody, restraining orders, visitation, division of property, etc. By committing sexual crimes you give them power to determine where you will live, where you will work, and possibly for the rest of your life.
It's when you go above and beyond the call of duty that the government loses its power, maybe not over your person but definitely over your spirit. Too many times I have seen lives broken and eyes heavy with tears because of the consequences the person must bear for their own misbehavior. They want to hang you. Stop giving them rope!!!!
Each time I have gone to court for some matter, I have won, because if you show the law your on the side of the law, then the law is on your side. If you do things that are against the law then the law will not be in your favor...
And against things such as mercy, compassion, love, faith, hope... there is no law.
Wake up and let the Spirit lead you out of this!!! Only when more people do this... will the need for letters such as this one be negated.
America is quickly becoming a no-man's land because of the notion that it's every man for himself. Its up to you to change it. You have the chance.

WEINERGATE and how the Press has GOBBLED IT UP

This is probably the oldest story in the book had it not been for the man's last name...
Rep. Anthony Weiner of New York said today he has engaged in "several inappropriate" electronic relationships with six women over three years, and that he publicly lied about a photo of himself sent over Twitter to a college student in Seattle over a week ago.
"I take full responsibility for my actions," Weiner said. "The picture was of me, and I sent it."
The announcement came as ABC News prepared to release an interview with Meagan Broussard, a 26-year-old single mother from Texas who provided dozens of photos, emails, Facebook messages and cell phone call logs that she says chronicle a sexually-charged electronic relationship with Weiner that rapidly-evolved for more than a month, starting on April 20, 2011.
View an exclusive slideshow of images obtained by ABC News.
ABC News reached out to Weiner earlier today for comment about his possible ties to Broussard, but he did not respond to requests for an interview. At a press conference later, Weiner confirmed Broussard was one of the women with whom he sexted.
Broussard's story had threatened to expose the secret online life of one of the House Democrats' most popular members, and a man many considered a leading candidate for mayor of New York City.
It also raised new questions about Weiner's explanation for how a photo of a man's groin area ended up on his public Twitter feed on May 27. Today the congressman said he accidentally sent the image to a woman, Gennette Cordova, who was following him on Twitter, as a joke.
Man shows picture of his hot dog to woman, man gets busted, man tries to lie his way out of it, man gets busted again, man finally admits he is a lying sack of rat guts and cat vomit and is thoroughly chastened, but won't step down. This was first brought to you by none other than Slick Willie (William Jefferson Clinton, former President, now a wrinkled old fart you wish would just shut up and die, Jimmy Carter Jr)
I don't think there is a man alive who hasn't at some point said "Look, here is my package!!!! Ain't it great!!!!" Synapse fails to see the big deal here. Perhaps if money were involved, as with the John Edwards scandal, then I could see making such a big deal out of it. As it is, dunderheads come in all walks of life. Only Edwards wasn't going to get out of his peccadilloes what the other guy did and that is becoming the laughingstock of the whole nation. After all, no one ever referred to a penis as an "Edwards":)
Perhaps if Weiner had the common sense to know that the mere mention of his name in connection with his improperly packaged hot dog was going to elicit such sniggering and outright laughter after he spent a week whining that his Twitter was hacked but he couldn't say with certitude it was not a picture of him, then he might never have done it. We can go on and on and on saying that such locker room behavior has no place in the halls of Congress, etc. etc. etc. but the fact remains you can't polish a turd. Nor can you fix stupid.
And the press has now dubbed the whole affair "Weinergate". Which is an obvious play on the first widely publicized scandal of "Watergate". Perhaps there should be a new nickname for this one and that would be "Whinergate".
But seriously. I will never be able to eat another hot dog again without remembering this story. :)

back online
Synapse is back after a few fucked up months long hiatus. I feel bad because the hard drive on my old laptop was going south for a few months and the last one to touch it before it cried uncle was my daughter.
Naturally she took the lion's share of the blame for it. But ol Synapse stepped up and told everyone No... the computer was preparing to shit the bed long beforehand.
When I find new material to gripe about I will let you know. In the meantime, I'm grappling with terminal illness both in myself and in the spouse. Its a funny thing to go to the hospital in an ambulance waiting for six hours, watching a packed waiting room trickle down to almost empty and your still waiting. Fucking Obamacare. Hey that didn't take long ;)

I'm still here, I haven't died yet :)

The big bad government hasn't come to take me away yet, so I figure that is a good thing. I've just been busier than a two peckered goat in a Welsh whorehouse trying to get everything straightened out. The marriage fell apart, and I have since moved on and found my place again in the salt mines of corporate America. Fun.
Well, I will keep this short and sweet, but I do have plenty more to write in this blog, more to come.

National ID Card Included In Democratic Immigration Bill - Yahoo! News
Democrats pushed forward on an immigration overhaul on Thursday evening with no Republican support, as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) continues to hold out, arguing that the divisive issue will make progress on climate change legislation impossible.
The Senate is also in the middle of debating Wall Street reform, which is expected to take up the next few weeks of floor time. Reid, however, said that the chamber would be able to handle the task. "We can do more than one thing at once," he said.
The Democratic proposal includes increased money for border patrol and drug war agents, equipment, helicopters and unmanned drones. It would create a national ID -- which is dubbed a "biometric social security card." Though Democrats insist that it is not an ID card and can only be used for employment purposes. [UPDATE: See language limiting its use below.]
The proposal would also include a crackdown on employers who hire undocumented workers. It works to deport some immigrants who are not in the country legally and creates a limited pathway to citizenship for others.
Democrats brought out their heavy hitters for the announcement: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.); Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.); Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.), who's been leading the push for immigration reform; Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.); Judiciary Committee Chairman Pat Leahy (D-Vt.) and Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.).
The crackdown on employers relies on the creation of national identity cards. "These cards will be fraud-resistant, tamper-resistant, wear resistant, and machine-readable social security cards containing a photograph and an electronically coded micro-processing chip which possesses a unique biometric identifier for the authorized card-bearer," reads the bill summary.
Broadly, the proposal includes:
1. More Border Patrol officers
2. More Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, worksite inspectors, document fraud investigators and drug-war agents
3. The "installation of high-tech ground sensors throughout the southern border and for equipping all border patrol officers with the technological capability to respond to activation of the ground sensors in the area they are patrolling."
4. More prosecution of drug smuggling, human trafficking and unauthorized border crossing
5. "[I]ncreases in the number of sport utility vehicles, helicopters, power boats, river boats, portable computers to track illegal immigrants and drug smugglers while inside of a border patrol vehicle, night vision equipment, Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Remote Video Surveillance Systems (RVSS), scope trucks, and Mobile Surveillance Systems (MSS)."
6. All prisoners will be checked for immigration status and deported if found to lack documentation.
7. DHS will "identify, investigate, and initiate removal proceedings" against folks who came here legally but didn't leave.
8. The bill would create "a broad-based registration program that requires all illegal immigrants living in the U.S. to come forward to register, be screened, and, if eligible, complete other requirements to earn legal status, including paying taxes."
The full summary can be read here.
The bill would make it illegal for anyone other than an employer to ask to see the enhanced social security card: "Possession of a fraud-proof social security card will only serve as evidence of lawful work-authorization but will in no way be permitted to serve--or shall be required to be shown--as proof of citizenship or lawful immigration status. It will be unlawful for any person, corporation; organization local, state, or federal law enforcement officer; local or state government; or any other entity to require or even ask an individual cardholder to produce their social security card for any purpose other than electronic verification of employment eligibility and verification of identity for Social Security Administration purposes. No personal information will be stored on the electronic chip contained within the social security card other than the individual's name, date of birth, social security number, and unique biometric identifier."

We're Not Amused.

The Global Warming Scam
If you own any shares in alternative energy companies I should start dumping them NOW. The conspiracy behind the Anthropogenic Global Warming myth (aka AGW; aka ManBearPig) has been suddenly, brutally and quite deliciously exposed after a hacker broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (aka CRU) and released 61 megabytes of confidential files onto the internet. (Hat tip: Watts Up With That)
When you read some of those files – including 1079 emails and 72 documents – you realise just why the boffins at CRU might have preferred to keep them confidential. As Andrew Bolt puts it, this scandal could well be “the greatest in modern science”. These alleged emails – supposedly exchanged by some of the most prominent scientists pushing AGW theory – suggest:
Conspiracy, collusion in exaggerating warming data, possibly illegal destruction of embarrassing information, organised resistance to disclosure, manipulation of data, private admissions of flaws in their public claims and much more. [full article]
More on Climategate.
AlGore: I was only shitting you. But thanks for the cash, morons.
Wouldnt do the Dems much good if they were right anyway...

Hypercane
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A hypercane is a hypothetical class of extreme tropical cyclone that could form if ocean temperatures reached around 50 °C (122 °F), which is 15 °C (27.0 °F) warmer than the warmest ocean temperature ever recorded.[1] Such an increase could be caused by a large asteroid or comet impact, a large volcanic, supervolcanic eruption, or very extensive global warming.[2] There is some speculation that a series of hypercanes resulting from an impact by a large asteroid or comet contributed to the demise of the dinosaurs.[3] The term was coined by atmospheric scientist Kerry Emanuel in 1994, at MIT
Physical description
Hypercanes would have wind speeds of over 800 km/h (500 mph) and would also have a central pressure of less than 70 kilopascals (21 inHg), giving them an enormous lifespan.[4] For comparison, the largest and most intense storm on record was 1979's Typhoon Tip, with a wind speed of over 300 kilometres per hour (190 mph) and central pressure of 87 kilopascals (26 inHg).
The extreme conditions needed to create a hypercane could conceivably produce a system up to the size of North America, creating storm surges of 18 m (59 ft) and an eye nearly 300 km (190 mi) across. The waters could remain hot enough for weeks, allowing more hypercanes to be formed. A hypercane's clouds would reach 30 km (19 mi) into the stratosphere. Such an intense storm would also damage the Earth's ozone.[4] Water molecules in the stratosphere would react with ozone to accelerate decay into O2 and reduce absorption of ultraviolet light.
Other scientists[who?] have theorized that the system, compared to a normal hurricane, would be considerably smaller,[citation needed] about 16 km (9.9 mi) in diameter, making it more comparable to a tornado; however the largest tornado on record was estimated to be about 4 km (2.5 mi) wide.[6]
Now, this was pretty much all I could find on the Internet. So I figured why not extrapolate on this a little bit. Synapse likes to talk about the weather sometimes because politics can get pretty darned old after awhile. (Yes, even a cranky old fart like me needs a change of pace.)
So what about it. First of all, its entirely possible that the Genesis Flood could be attributed to a series of hypercanes. After all, this motherfucker of a storm could contribute to human extinction, which the only ones left alive were Noah and his family. Punching a hole through the stratosphere isn't exactly a force you want to mess with. And 700 MPH winds makes a tornado look like a spring breeze. Perhaps the reason we haven't seen one of these babies for the rest of recorded history is because... God said He'd never do it again!!!
That's right... the only thing standing between us and one of these is God. Makes you think twice about wanting to piss him off doesnt it?
Aside from pissing in Yahweh's cereal consider the science of it a minute. A hypercane, big enough to cover the entire Western half of the United States, would have to have some SERIOUSLY hot ocean water to create and fuel it. One hundred and twenty degrees to be exact. That's about the same temperature that the shower gets when it scalds ya. (Synapse has a separate hot water tank from the neighbors but one common cold water supply... so when the neighbor flushes the john, it makes for some seriously uncomfortable times). One hundred twenty is HOT!!! The human body begins to register heat as pain at 108 to 110 dependent on your pain threshold...
What would heat the ocean to such intensity? Well, by all estimates, an asteroid, a comet, or a supervolcano or a large volcanic eruption... I would also say a nuclear bomb would do it except these are too piddly to heat any more of the ocean than within a 20 mile radius or so and you'd need to heat the ocean to 120 degrees for a diameter of maybe 500-700 miles. So thankfully, one single nuke would be insufficient at creating a hypercane. So that type of damage would be limited to an asteroidal impact.
Ever stick your feet in a bathtub full of water only to find it was way too hot and you couldn't stand it another minute...? You had to get out or else? The ocean would have to be that hot for a radius of 700 miles by my estimation... and for that would need a space rock at least the size of Manhattan to hit.
A hypercane would actually be Nature's attempt to deal with all of that oppressive heat. Enough of an updraft would be created to actually spray some sea water and storm debris into SPACE. Yes that is what I said. Although the majority of it would float around in the atmosphere. Hitting the stratosphere the water vapor would begin to crystallize and form frost, forming clouds that could block out the sun (the best example of a hypercane I could think of would be in Star Trek 4) and completely ruining all vegetation worldwide.
Spinning off of the hypercane birthing area (this massively overheated ocean) the hypercane would create an unimaginable deluge with unbelievable winds for a couple weeks before collapsing into a SUPERCANE (Think Hurricane Ike or Hurricane Katrina) and possibly be followed by another and another... hypercane that is... before the entire world was finally cool enough to completely kill off anything that didn't live in a cave beforehand.
Perhaps another reason we haven't seen one of these killer storms is because the ocean is still too cool from the LAST one!!! So thank the good Lord, in mankinds recorded history, the hypercane exists in theory and possibly the book of Genesis only...
Nature is self-correcting. And so far, appears to be self-limiting. That's why I don't listen to Frankengore's claptrap when he says global warming will kill us all in 20 years. With all of the increasing frequency and intensity of modern day hurricanes and tornadoes, all in all they act as heat pumps for the planet... negating the chance of spawning a hypercane let alone hundreds of them.
I bet you he's sorry he invented the Internet :)~
