FLY YOUR NATION'S FLAG UPSIDE DOWN AMERICA, THIS COUNTRY IS IN SEVERE DISTRESS! This is the official military way of letting others know when you are in distress. Let the world see how the real American's feel about Socialism, Marxism, Engle-ism, Leninism, Stalinism, Communism, etc.... in our country. Let the world openly understand that, like most governments, ours does not represent the will of the people and is overrun with Lunatics bordering on being traitors to this nation who, as an ignorant and insignificant minority of the populace, seem to be deaf on the one hand, determined to take freedom away from it's supposedly democratic form of government and steal from the people's "coffers", and dumb to the point of electing and following the daughter of an ousted criminal political father from Baltimore, who moved to the left coast to take up where her father left off, or a president employing only a socialist agenda with the obvious intent of bankrupting the country, all at the peril of their careers, and without the forethought as to the services they would receive over the remainder of their lives due to their most insane and sheep-like decisions. And God help these people should they continue to receive better health benefits than the rest of us, including those diminished by this healthcare bill (law) for veterans, who by the way are always the first to "take it in the shorts" and first to support our government with their lives. Join with me America, and FLY YOUR NATION'S FLAG UPSIDE DOWN! Make the whole world aware of our disgust in a easy and peaceful manner, while continuing to fight for our real (constitutional) rights in any reasonable, though loud, lawfully allowable manner. Finally, do not succumb to what will obviously be rhetoric by the Democrats seeking to defer our current concerns toward all the "bennies" we will obtain from this bill in the future. Even if some of them were to actually come to fruition, our issues are the lack of representation, autocracy as opposed to democracy, the bankrupting of our nation for many generations to come, capitalism scrapped for socialism, and an inherent desire to forego necessary fixes, a reasonably simplier and certainly much cheaper option, in lieu of reinventing the wheel. Get on board America, we cannot continue to be a nation of "handouts". People need to get to work, be responsible for themselves, and be led by far less government. Get you pants off the ground, pull yourselfs up, dust yourselves off, and regain your composure and dignity. This is no way to act as a nation, and absolutely no way to treat the people of this nation by government. IT MUST STOP and stop now! With your help, together, we can get the job done, and resurrect our national status come November. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!
I own a small business. I built it by hard work and honesty. I didn't have any money or even a job when I started it. Finally, after almost 20 years, I'm starting to get ahead. Not because it was handed to me, but because I worked for it. I have employees and I pay the entire healthcare premium for them and their families. At great cost I might add. In fact, it costs so much that I elected not to be covered by it and get on my wife's insurance because it saved a little money. So now I'm looking at what's going to happen. I just finally made over $200K, because any profit the company makes gets applied to me. My taxes will be somewhere between $50-80,000. For those of you that are income challenged, that's a lot. What do I get for it by the way? So looking ahead, I should maybe shrink my company so I can keep more of what I earn. I should end the company provided health care and let my employees and their families fend for themselves, hey, they have it available now, right? The fines I'd have to pay are far less than health insurance premiums. I suppose I could just fire everyone and get away from all this. That actually makes the most sense to be honest. I read that I could perhaps get a 35% tax savings on what I pay in health care premiums. That sounds nice, it will take the edge off what I'm paying, but who will pay for that? Me? Other small business owners?
I agree that we need to help those that need help, provided they are willing to help themselves. I send money to charities, quite a bit actually. But why in the world would I want to enable people to ride the system and sit on their lazy butts?
We definately need reform, healthcare, insurance, and government. But the problem I see is this was rammed down my throat. Nobody, on either side is telling the whole story. Why did this all of the sudden get so hot that it HAD to be passed. Why couldn't they tell us the truth and make it work for America? How can something that should be fair and right be so polarizing? I hope this works, but unfortunately, I don't really see anygood in it.

“Well, it’s the LAW now; so shut up already!”
The pro-socialist are having fun saying this at present. They are gloating in what should be their shame, but fail to see it.
The few “thinkers” there are among them will quickly realize that many of man’s most heinous acts against their fellow man have been committed under color of authority, and law. In short: There are good and just “laws”, and then there are bad, evil, and unjust “laws”. And our Congress is no more exempt from making bad laws than any other governing body.
Adolph Hitler was swept into power via a popular election campaign in 1933, and the hell on earth that followed was aided & abetted by many in authority who crafted laws which shocked the world at that time, yet were zealously defended as the “laws of a duly elected administration”. Did this excuse stand at the Nuremburg trials? NO. Legislation which had been crafted to persecute and exterminate the Jews was drafted by the duly appointed/elected authorities of Germany; yet the world recognized it to be the evil abuse of power it was, though done under the color of authority, and it was deemed “UNLAWFUL”: Why? Because such ordinances did not fulfill or meet the standards of what makes for good “laws”.
What makes for truly good “laws”? Well for one thing, they must have equal applicability to ALL persons, regardless of race, color, creed, political affiliation, gender, or social standing. The Bible long ago summed this up by commanding “You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment. You shall not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty; but you shall judge your neighbor in righteousness.” (Leviticus 19:15)
In short: Good and just laws favor no-one but the just, regardless of who they are, or what their circumstance may be.
Another standard used to determine what ordinances were lawful was, they must not contradict higher, immutable standards of good conduct, decency and morality; i.e. – No ordinance of man could ever be considered lawful where it contradicted the Laws of God.
No law of man was ever considered “just” and “good” which did not protect, promote, and encourage the common good of all; while at the same time discouraging and punishing evil.
And never was any law of man considered immutable or unchangeable when & where the will of the governed deemed it onerous or impracticable.
Having said this, I think the case can well be made that the recent legislation foisted upon the American people by the most unscrupulous means perhaps ever witnessed in America, can hardly pass the test of what makes for a true “law”.
This legislation can and should be repealed before the ink on it even dries.
1) It punishes & defrauds a targeted segment of the population, to favor and enrich another, and…it EXEMPTS certain citizens purely on the basis of their societal station.
2) It violates the Constitution in several points, especially those pertaining to the Limitations of Powers, and Due Process.
3) It does NOT promote the common good of all, but in fact will criminalize whole portions of the population who are decent, hard-working citizens.
4) Finally, while posing itself as a “charitable act”, it is in fact a blatant violation the highest divine laws, against STEALING, lying, and coveting. And it suborns others to commit these acts by forcing them to participate in it. As such, many true “Christians” will rightly object to obey this legislation, on conscientious grounds.
It’s hard for me to fathom what mental compartmentalization must exist some one who claims themselves to “liberal”, while supporting such liberty-killing legislation as this Health-Care bill is.
All true Americans will not rest until this abomination posing as “law” is fully REPEALED, and true “reform” measures to correct inequalities of law are corrected. This is not a GOP versus DNC thing, this is a fight for the heart & soul of what it is to being an American.

Obama said this bill is going to make Medicare stronger for our seniors??? How exactly is he going to accomplish that when this bill makes cuts to Medicare to pay for the extended Medicaid program?
And what was the rush to pass this bill, claiming that it NEEDED to be done NOW, not tomorrow, not next month, not next year (Obama's words). If it was so urgent to prevent people from dying just because they don't have insurance, then why make these people wait another 4 years before they even get any benefit out of this bill? I have been without health insurance for over 10 years and I'm still alive. I've had my few ups and downs that required doctor visits and yes, even surgery. I signed up for the hospital's charity program and most of the bill was covered by CHARITY not funds demanded by force, that's why it was called a charity plan. The remainder was billed in monthly installments.
Some people in this country seem to misunderstand the difference between health care for the poor provided with charitable donations and health care provided to the poor by forced contributions by mandate from the government. Have you ever been to a Shriner's Hospital? St. Jude's? Cancer Centers of America? They are NOT government funded, they are mostly run with private donations from wealthy Americans, businesses and charity groups!
No one would ever be turned away from receiving critical care from a hospital, the hospital and doctors would get sued if they did.
All this bill will do is make it easier for people to gain access to already overcrowded ERs and doctor's offices for every little sniffle, owie and booboo they get. Think 2 - 3 hours waiting in the ER to get your broken ankle x-rayed is long? Say hello to even longer wait times come 2014.
And how come education reform is tied in with this? What does it have to do with health care? I fail to see any connection. Why the abolishment of privately financed student loans? One would think that having bank financed student loans would relieve the federal pell-grant system from having to finance it ALL. Unless, of course, the government decides to stipulate what field of study the applicant is allowed to go into. If it is to steer people into the health care field then of course it would make sense. Who knows, this could be a future add-on to this bill, alot can happen in 4 years. I believe we haven't seen the worst of it yet.

Ecclesiastes 1:9
"that which has been is what will be,
that which is done is what will be done,
and there is nothing new under the sun."
The American government just shredded their Constitution and became a communist nation so they could become a New World Order. Communism and Socialism have never worked. They give no incentive for a man to better himself. They are the lowest form of slavery of a people and there is no freedom but what the government allows.
If a man doesn't work, a man shouldn't eat and a country that will not promote work for its citizens is a nation doomed. CEOs of Corporations in America that have sent jobs overseas because of money, today you reap what you have done. You are a stumbling block to men in America.
------------
It's not the idea of people getting health care that people are angry about, it's the fact that we have now become a socialist nation. This health care bill was merely a venue for the government to gain more power than it already has. As far as those $200,000 a year plus people, those are the people who create jobs for others. If the cost for them to insure their employees goes up, they're going to cut jobs and stop hiring. If we want a long term solution to this economic crisis, trickle down economics is the way to go. Also, it is up to each individual person as to how they spend their money. I agree that those able to should help their neighbor, but that's their decision, not the government's.
------
The American people spoke and the polls showed it- over 60% of americans did not want the bill to pass. Unfortunately our elected officials who are supposed to represent us took bribes and went the way they wanted not they way we wanted. Next elections i say clean out the liberals pukes and lets put in conservatives so we can overturn this disgraceful legislation.

so glad to know that those 30 million are now covered... oh wait, not until 2013 will they be covered! That's 123 American citizens, according to Harry Reid, that will die EACH DAY until Obama-care goes into effect in 3 years... I guess losing over 100,000 Americans is the price we must pay!
